Covington Elementary Webmaster:
Designed Dynamic New Web Layout with simple navigation features and updated documents.  Maintain current images, announcements, homepage slideshow, and dates on a daily basis.

Assistive Technology Blackboard (BB) Co-Moderator

Deaf & Hard of Hearing Program Blackboard Moderator:
Proposed, Designed and Launched Blackboard site for the DHH Department.  This site contains over 1,000 documents and 110 folders worth of information (352MB).

Chair of Community & Family Involvement Committee:
Founded this committee at Florida Ave. Elem. that oversaw the Parental Involvement side of Title I.  Held monthly meetings with Action Team, facilitated contact with NNPS and Title I Parental Involvement Liaison for STPSB, submitted weekly photgraphs & articles to local newspaper, completed the NNPS School Action Plan, Brainstormed with Action Team new ways to meet the needs of students while getting parents and business leaders involved in the process.

Florida Avenue Elementary Blackboard Co-Moderator: Managed the Community & Family Involvement information for Blackboard.  Posted: NNPS newsletters, meeting agendas & notes, Action Team contact list, scanned images of FAE’s newspaper articles, FAE’s School Action Plan.

Picayune School District; Picayune, MS
Sixth Grade Teacher: Pioneered a journaling curriculum that increased student product output by 200%.  Increased ELA test scores.  Assigned English, Reading, & Spelling instruction for all sixth grade students after first year’s standardized test scores were returned. Introduced round tables to the school and received wall-sized projector screen for large-print instruction via computer projector & overhead projector.

Heritage Christian Academy; Fort Collins, CO
Kindergarten (All Day) Teacher: Pioneered the first all-day kindergarten at this school.  Adapted the half-day curriculum for full-day students.  Utilized new, Classical Education program the second year.  Created portfolio binders for students to create/take home.  Organized curriculum into subject-color-coded binders for teachers.

Founded 1st Deaf Education Program: Taught students who had never had a DHH teacher before. Taught communication, writing, math, & preacdemic skills.
